At PadeloTM, our team is more than just coaches and club managers – we’re a family of passionate padel players, community builders, and sports enthusiasts who believe in the power of connection through play. Every member of our team shares a love for the game and a commitment to making padel accessible, fun, and welcoming for everyone, whether you’re picking up a racket for the first time or competing at a high level.
What truly sets PadeloTM apart is our focus on community. Our team thrives on creating an environment where people can meet, laugh, learn, and grow together both on and off the court. From organising social matches and tournaments to offering coaching and guidance, we’re here to help our members get the most out of their padel experience. Henry has commercial experience across start-ups, financial services and renewable energy.
He also loves padel having first played in Dubai back in 2015. Now participating socially when that ever elusive booking slot becomes available.

MIKE FYNN
Mike's a well-travelled producer of large-scale sporting events, opening ceremonies, TV broadcasts and corporates. During a trip to Barcelona in 2008, he had his first glimpse of Padel whilst passing by some courts on an evening stroll down the promenade. After a little investigation and his obvious interest, he saw the potential for growth. A few years later, there was a buzz of excitement hearing of a new Padel club opening near their home in Johannesburg. Having played socially for a number of years and squeezing in a game wherever he could find a court, his love of the social aspect, fitness and skill development was contagious. He and his family then emigrated to Australia, where It wasn't until after the move that he realised, something was missing. Dedicated to the cause, he came across Padelo, and their desire for creating Padel Clubs across the region. This was an opportunity he had to be a part of, and is passionate to see through into fruition.
BEVAN WILLIAMS
Bevan is South African–born and educated at the University of Cape Town, and is now based in the Netherlands. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he began his career in banking before transitioning into the real estate sector. He currently works in the European property industry, specialising in the asset and investment management of shopping centres across Southern Europe. While living in Amsterdam and working in Spain, Bevan discovered padel and quickly developed a passion for the sport. Outside of work, he is a proud husband and father of two daughters, and a self-confessed weekend warrior who regularly lines up for triathlons and spends as much time as possible on the padel court.
